Welcome to Grammy's BLOG

Here I am on the farm in Bellingham, Washington. Spent the morning sewing sheep coats. Yes, that is right -- coats to keep the fleece warm and clean. I make them out of a nonwoven fabric used for weatherbreakers. Sheep look so cool in their bright red or blue windbreakers.

Also enjoying watching the lambs today frolicking in the pasture. The little male ram is all ram! If he can't find another sheep to butt into, he butts into the trees. His little sister is all black and very dainty. They both seem to have springs in their feet because sometimes they jump straight up into the air.

Repaired a quilt for my grandson Simmy. Also recently finished a DarthVader quilt for my grandson Micah. Darth Vader is completely surrounded in flames. Very cool.

I would love to hear from other farmers or other worlds. God bless you today!

  1. Hi, Grammy:

You commented on my "Idol" mind blog, and I wanted to say thanks. My world is far distant from yours physically, perhaps not spritually. I travel the country working with companies in their computer departments and singing my original music in clubs at night. While I'm farming and harvesting ideas in a very high-pressured dimension, your peaceful world looks so very appealing. Stay warm, and thanks so much for your input.
