8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 tsp. vanilla.
Cream cheese and butter with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Sprinkle iced cake with nuts, if desired.
